Then upon restart, my computer says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Me being dumb and thinking they missed a step, j click apply and do the rest of the process up to task manager. I did it again and when I clicked disable all, I realized I didn’t click apply but their instructions never mentioned it. I did this once before in our chat and it was all fine though the launcher still didn’t work. Then to go to startup and click task manager to disable everything that was set to enabled and then to restart the pc. To uncheck rockstar library services and then click disable all. They told me to go to win+r and type in msconfig. So I was getting help from a live chat assistant from rockstar due to the launcher not working.
